SHIPPING POLICY

Rim Sets will be dispatched within 2 working days and arrive via 48hr Royal Mail delivery. 

In some cases, we may use DPD to courier your order if your order meets certain parameters. 

Frames are made to order and will take 8-15 weeks to produce. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Indy Racing Components before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer. To enable us to process your return efficiently please enclose a note with your returned items detailing your name, address and order number and telling us wether you would like either an exchange or a credit note.

The customer must pay the postage costs to return the item and we will reciprocate by sending the exchanged item to you free of charge on receipt of the goods. The returned products must be unused and with all original packaging.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Accidents happen. We know this. That's why we offer a Lifetime Crash Replacement for all Indy Racing Components Frames and Rims. 

Crash Replacement – the offer:

• 1st year from date of purchase: 30% reduction on the retail price
• 2nd year+ after date of purchase: 20% reduction on the retail price
• All freight costs incurred (postal charges, customs duty, etc.) and conversion costs must be paid by the end-user.
